Delete Your QuickNotes Account and Data

You can delete your QuickNotes account and the data associated with it.

From the App

The simplest method is:

QuickNotes → Profile → Delete my account

After confirmation, QuickNotes deletes your account and associated data, including your notes, photos, documents, messages and personal data associated with the account.

Deletion is permanent once the process has been completed.

Without Access to the App

If you can no longer access QuickNotes, request deletion by email at contact@mahanaiti.com.

Use the subject “Delete my QuickNotes account” and provide the email address associated with the account.

To protect accounts against fraudulent requests, we may request reasonable verification that the request is being made by the account holder. We will never ask for your password by email.

What Data Is Deleted?

Deleting your account results in deletion of personal data associated with your QuickNotes account, including notes, photos, documents and messages stored by QuickNotes.

Certain technical copies may temporarily remain in backup systems before permanent deletion. Certain information may exceptionally be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
